Return Policy

RETURNED ITEMS MUST CONFORM TO OUR RETURNS POLICY:



We hope you will be more than satisfied with any product purchased from BagMart, but if you wish to return any item(s), you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered.



Your returned item must arrive at our warehouse no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that we will accept the order for refund;

All we ask is that you must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned with all relevant packaging, labels and in the condition received. We do not sell used products and will therefore not accept any products back with any indication that they have been used. In such cases, the products will be returned to the purchaser.

 

You must notify the Vendor of an error in respect of the products delivered or of a damaged or defective product within fourteen (14) days of receipt. You must return the products in the same condition in which you received them. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or our product description was misleading.

We strongly advise all customers to check Handbags/bags/backpacks or any product purchased from BagMart.co.uk, thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging;

Upon receipt of returned goods, BagMart.co.uk reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags and packaging;

If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded;

 

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit;

 

 

Since we provide free delivery, currently we are unable to cover the cost of return postage. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, we currently do not offer pre-paid returns. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item/s so you can track it's journey.

 

The Vendor will examine all products returned as damaged or defective and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the damaged or defective product. Subject to acceptance by the Vendor of the damaged or defective goods, products returned by you because they are damaged or defective will be refunded in full, including the cost of delivery for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to the Vendor. In the event that the Vendor finds no fault with the returned products, you will be notified that the returned products cannot be accepted and you may elect to have the products re-delivered to you. If you do not accept re-delivery the Vendor reserve the right to retain the products and the purchase price and recover the Vendor's fees and expenses from you.

If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded by the Vendor to the individual who made the payment.

Please allow up to 10–15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods. Please note that all return postage costs are your responsibility.

 

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT


·        You should notify us in writing as soon as practicable and in any event within fourteen (14) days, by completing and submitting the online Return Form (Click here for return form). You should keep a record of your cancellation notice; You must also notify us via email at returns@bagmart.co.uk

·        The products should be returned to us within fourteen (14) days following notification to us of the damaged or defective product or of our error.

·         The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

·         The identification tag should still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;

·         The products should be returned, complete and unused, with their original packaging;

·         To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

·         Upon receipt of return notification from you, we will send you instruction on how to send the product to us.

 

 

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.

EXCHANGES

We cannot process exchanges at this time.

 

We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
